The HIP Housing The Self Sufficiency Program (SSP) provides housing assistance and support services to low-income parents or emancipated foster youth who are in school to increase their earning power and become financially self-sufficient within 1-5 years. Participants receive subsidized rent while they complete an education or job training program and find employment in their field.

Star Vista provides former foster care (18-24) and justice impacted youth with housing assistance.

Campus Showers

Skyline College shower facilities are located at Building 3 on the first floor in the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and are open to students and staff from 8:30A – 4:30P, Monday – Thurs​day and 8:30A – 3:00P on Friday. Shower facilities are not open during campus closures, between semesters, when classes are not scheduled and on weekends and holidays. *Hours of operation are subject to change.
